Prototype Electric Guitar
The prototype has a mahogany skeletal hollow body with a thin cedar of lebanon front and back. In the soundhole position it is fitted with a round magnetic pickup designed and constructed in-house. whilst the under saddle piezo pickup is controlled by the Fishman EQ preamp cut into the cedar top.
The Back View
A standard bolt on neck with 4 metal captive nuts to fix the neck securely to the body. Many guitar manufacturers use woodscrews directly into the neck.
There is a charger socket to recharge the onboard battery for the fishman preamp.
